Since it opened, the hospital has grown to become a 796-bed regional health care system, University Community Health, with four locations spanning Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco Counties:

357 beds at University Community Hospital, 3100 East Fletcher Avenue, Tampa
120 beds at UCH-Carrollwood, 7171 North Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa
101 beds at Pepin Heart Hospital & Dr. Kiran C. Patel Research Institute, 3100 E. Fletcher Avenue, Tampa
168 beds at Helen Ellis Memorial Hospital, 1395 S. Pinellas Avenue, Tarpon Springs
50 beds at Long Term Acute Care Hospital at Connerton, 9441 Health Center Drive, Land O' Lakes
