Pediatric Emergency Room
The Pediatric Emergency Room features specialized equipment designed for the young patient. The Pediatric Emergency Room is separate from the main ER and features specialized equipment designed for the young patient and "children only" waiting and treatment rooms. The Busch Gardens jungle atmosphere ties into the Pediatric Care Center setting.

The pediatric specialists and nursing staff in the Pedi ER have received extensive training in treating pediatric emergencies. Hospital support services, a pediatrics playroom, and a child life specialist also are available to meet the special needs of children.
