Pre-Admission
Pre-registering allows us time to prepare for your hospital stay and make admission to the hospital easier and faster when you go into labor.

Pre-admission can be completed by filling out our online pre-registration form or by downloading and printing the pre-admission form and mailing it back to our Admitting Department. We ask that expectant mothers complete pre-registration by the end of the fifth month (20 weeks) of their pregnancy.

When the form is received by our Admitting Office, we will review your information. The next step is for you to contact our financial counselor at (813) 615-7200 ext. 51354 to discuss arrangements.

Admission
If you complete the pre-registration form, your admission to The Women’s Center will be quick and simple. To be admitted, just come to The Women's Center’s main entrance. If you have not pre-registered, you will need to complete all forms before being admitted. This could delay your admission by 30 minutes or more.

Payment Obligation
Depending on your medical coverage, you may be responsible for a co-pay, deductible or coinsurance. Payment of this out-of-pocket amount must be paid by the seventh month of your pregnancy. For more about our billing policy, click here.
