Sibling Preparation Class  
For 3 to 5 Year Olds
This class is designed for younger children who will soon be big brothers or big sisters. A parent or caregiver must attend the class with the child(ren). Participation includes games, "newborn" dolls and covers topics such as:

• Fetal growth and development
• What to expect with a new baby in the house
• A look at how special each child is
• How to deal with new feelings and emotions 
• Holding a baby
• Safe play ideas
• Tour of The Women’s Center

For Children 6 Years and Older
This class is designed for older children who will soon be big brothers or big sisters. A parent or caregiver must attend the class with the child(ren). Participation includes games, "newborn" dolls and covers topics such as:

• Body charts showing fetal growth and development
• Safe play ideas
• Discussion and video on changes in the family and personal feelings as a result of a new baby
• An educational film showing a vaginal birth
• Advice on holding and handling an infant safely
• Tour of The Women’s Center
