Your Wound Healing Program
During your course of treatment, you’ll remain under the care of your regular physician. We will coordinate services to assure compliance and continuity of care.

Upon referral to the Wound Healing Institute, you will meet with our staff for a consultation where you'll receive a thorough diagnostic examination and medical history to identify the type of wound that you have and the underlying problems causing the wound.

We will then develop a program specifically tailored to your needs based on the most effective treatment options available.

Once the treatment plan is initiated, you will visit the center on a regular basis for treatment and to evaluate the progress of your healing. You will also receive education on at-home wound care and how to protect your wound from further injury.

It is very important to remember that you are a key element to your healing process. Keeping appointments and following directions are critical to a positive outcome.
