Pre-Registration
To utilize this service, you must be a Maternity patient or already have a scheduled appointment for a test or procedure at University Community Hospital, Pepin Heart Hospital or The Women’s Center. Pre-registration must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

If you need to schedule an appointment, please contact your physician's office or call UCH's Central Scheduling department at (813) 615-7795.

The information we will be asking for includes patient demographic and insurance information. You may want to gather sources of that information before beginning.
