Physical Exams

Occupational Health Service at University Community Health provides comprehensive physical exams for current or prospective employees. Exams are available by appointment, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm. Exams are performed by board-certified physicians and licensed physician extenders, such as Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. Services that are offered include:

• Department of Transportation (DOT) exams
• Pre-placement Physical Exams - Basic or Comprehensive, including:
  • Audiograms (sound-proof booth)
  • EKG Treadmill Stress Tests
  • X-Rays
  • Urine and Blood Analyses
  • Functional Capacity Assessments
  • Pulmonary Function Test
• Respirator Physical Exams including:
  • OSHA Respiratory History & Review
  • Pulmonary Function Testing
  • Respirator Certificate
  • Respirator Fit Test
• Asbestos Physical Exams
• OSHA Medical Monitoring Exams
• Hazardous Materials Exams
• Annual Physical Exams including Executive/Wellness Exams
• Client profiles are created, which outline exam components and resulting instructions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
