Physical Exams
Occupational Health Service at University Community Health provides comprehensive physical exams for current or prospective employees. Exams are available by appointment, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm. Exams are performed by board-certified physicians and licensed physician extenders, such as Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. Services that are offered include:

Department of Transportation (DOT) exams | Health History form
Pre-placement Physical Exams - Basic or Comprehensive, including:
- Audiograms (sound-proof booth) | Audiometric History form
- EKG Treadmill Stress Tests
- X-Rays
- Urine and Blood Analyses
- Functional Capacity Assessments
- Pulmonary Function Test
Respirator Physical Exams including:
- OSHA Respiratory History & Review | Respiratory Health History form
- Pulmonary Function Testing
- Respirator Certificate
- Respirator Fit Test
Asbestos Physical Exams | Initial Asbestos form | Annual Asbestos form
OSHA Medical Monitoring Exams

Client profiles are created, which outline exam components and resulting instructions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
