Physical Therapy
Occupational Health Service at University Community Health will coordinate your employee’s physical therapy program by obtaining authorization and scheduling the initial treatment. Treatment provided by licensed physical therapists includes:

• Injury evaluation
• Post-injury rehabilitation
• Functional Capacity Assessments
• Return-to-work assessments
• Employee education
• Ergonomic evaluations
• Exercise prescriptions

Physical therapy services are conveniently located within the Occupational Health clinics location or at nearby clinics. By having Physical Therapy at our clinics, our physicians keep in close contact with the patient and therapists, which results in quicker return to work. Physical therapy is available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
